Founded in Tokyo in 2014, MakeLeaps has thrived through a period of impressive growth. This trajectory captured the interest of Ricoh, leading to the company’s acquisition as part of Ricoh’s strategic expansion of digital offerings. Since its integration into the Ricoh family in 2018, MakeLeaps continues to flourish, benefiting from the advantages afforded by Ricoh’s established network, resources and business partnerships.

MakeLeaps is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, with an office in Nakameguro that is open to all. However, our company thrives on a fully remote work model, allowing our team the flexibility to work from any location.
